Providence, RI is home to Pilgrim Screw’s cold-heading facility. Our Rhode Island plant incorporates many support staff to allow us to produce at optimum efficiency. Our maintenance department uses state of the art CNC equipment combined with lathes, mills, and grinders to keep our valuable machines running. In addition, we have a fully integrated in-house tooling department to allow us to hold the tightest tolerances. We even passivate our own stainless steel screws in-house.
Arizona
Chandler, Arizona is where Pilgrim hot heads parts from .100” up to 1-1/2” diameter in all materials including A286, Inconel, Titanium, Alloy Steel and Ph13-8Mo to name a few. We stock over 60,000,000 finished parts in our Arizona facility. We also have an extensive inventory of finished blanks fully traceable back to the melt of the raw material. This allows us to manufacture your specialty items in drastically reduced lead-times over standard manufacturing.
